CANCELLATION POLICY

PodShare has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy, and will not accept any modifications, transfers, or cancellations unless written in an email before arrival - 48 hours before the date of arrival (Calculated from on 11:59:59 PST two full calendar days prior). Please note any third party booking site may have it's own policy. In which case, the policy listed on the booking site at the time of booking will be enforced. 


COMMUNITY STANDARD

PodShare is a co-living facility. Please respect your roommates and the property. Anyone who disturbs the sleep quality or quiet enjoyment of the space for others, may be asked to leave without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 

Our locations are 100% drug free, and there is no smoking allowed indoors or near the windows/entrances.  Excessive inebriation is inappropriate and will not be tolerated.

All guests are required to provide a valid photo ID, a credit card on file, email address, and liability waiver prior to checkin. 

Please note if a guest or guest's items are still in the room/pod past 11am on the day of checkout and no extension has been made, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for an additional night's stay. The same policy applies to parking, if a car is still on the lot as of 12 noon on the day of expiration, the car may be charged an additional day to the card on file. If there is no availability, your items will be removed from the room and placed in a storage locker/closet and you will be charged a $15 convenience fee for not checking out on time.

Friends are not permitted on the property, other than for pickup or drop off. If your friend would like to hang out, please have them purchase a day pass $15 at the front desk. Anyone caught brining unregistered guests into the building, may be asked to leave without refund.
